ENERSOL S16 Falling Drop LIQUID LEAKAGE TEST MACHINE for ISO 594
NOTE:
ISO 594 has been rescinded and replaced by ISO 80369-7. Because of the change from ISO 594 into ISO 80369-7; all tests per ISO 594/1 and ISO 594-2 should now be switched to tests per ISO 80369-7 (ISO 80369-20).
NOTE: Enersol Model S16B Positive Pressure Liquid Leakage Testerhas been designed specifically for ISO 80369 tests as listed in ISO 80369-20. Enersol Model S16B Positive Pressure Liquid Leakage Tester is backward compatible to ISO 594.
Uses for the Enersol S16 Positive Pressure Liquid Leakage Tester
Below is a list of tests which are best accomplished by using the Liquid Leakage Test Machine.
ISO 594/1 Liquid Leakage Test as defined in paragraph 4.2*
To conduct the Liquid Leakage Test found in ISO 594/1 paragraph 4.2 the following Enersol products are required:
S11 - Male Reference Fitting ISO594/1 Figure 5 and/or
S12 - Female Reference Fitting ISO594/1 Figure 4
S15 - Force/Torque Fitting Assembly Machine
S16 - Liquid Leakage Test Machine *NOTE: Per ISO 80369-20; Annex A; Paragraph A.2; Page 4; Annex C Falling drop positive-pressure liquid leakage test method: This liquid leakage test method is performed in the same manner as in the ISO 594- series.
ISO 594/2 Liquid Leakage Test as defined in paragraph 4.2.1*
To conduct the Liquid Leakage Test found in ISO 594/2 paragraph 4.2.1 the following Enersol products are required:
S07 - Male Reference Fitting ISO594/2 Figure 5 and/or
S09 - Female Reference Fitting ISO594/2 Figure 7
S15 - Force/Torque Fitting Assembly Machine
S16 - Liquid Leakage Test Machine *NOTE: Per ISO 80369-20; Annex A; Paragraph A.2; Page 4; Annex C Falling drop positive-pressure liquid leakage test method: This liquid leakage test method is performed in the same manner as in the ISO 594- series.
